鶏むね肉は毎回2、3kgを水、生姜、お酒で沸騰したら弱火で約20分。
煮汁に入れたまま保存
指で押すだけでほぐれるくらい柔らかくなるので、使い回しに便利でオススメ♪

ボイルチキンは買うと高い！
洋風にしたいときはハーブを。
中華にしたいときは中華出汁を入れて煮るだけ！
・
強火で煮ると硬くなるので、沸騰したらアクを取って弱火で煮るだけ！保存は煮汁のまま！煮汁はスープに！余さず使う（笑）
